Thank you for your interest in our facility for your party needs.   Our parties are generally held on Saturdays and Sundays at either 1:00pm or 3:30 pm and Friday evenings. The party will run for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. There is approximately 15 minutes of instruction/orientation time, for example; how to mount, turn, stop and overall control the horse.

The balance of the time is spent playing fun games such as, red light, green light and musical mares utilizing the basic skills they were taught.  The program takes place in one of our arenas in a controlled environment.  We have three riding arenas, two outside (with lights) and an indoor riding arena with lights, so weather rarely is a factor.  There is a heated viewing room as well for parents to observe from.

For Birthday Parties

You are welcome to bring your own cake and ice cream.  You will need to provide the eating utensils and dinnerware.  Our Arts & Crafts building is available for use for up to 1 ½ hours for gift giving and cake.  

For Groups, Family Reunions Retreats

We are flexible and willing to work with you in facilitating a great time for everyone.  Just call us to discuss additional services and custom designed programs.

The persons participating in the party will need the following:
Long pants
Boots or covered shoes
A signed waiver for each participant on file with our office

The person holding the party is responsible for getting the waivers signed by each child's parent and returning to us by the date of the party. The person holding the party is also financially responsible for all fees due.  The price is $23.00 per person (there is an additional $3 surcharge for kids age six and younger because we assign a person to “pony” them during the entire riding experience). A deposit of 50% down is due upon booking a date. The balance is due the day of the party.  You are always welcome to come out and tour our facility!
